The IHS Community Health Representive Training will be held at the Northern Quest Resort & Casino, in Airway Heights, WA, just minutes away from downtown Spokane, WA.

Successful applicants do not need to make their own hotel reservations. Kauffman & Associates, Inc. will create a rooming list for all participants and provide it to the hotel. Tribes who have left IHS Headquarters CHR shares will be included on the direct bill paid for by IHS. Tribes who have taken their IHS Headquarters CHR shares do not need to call to make a reservation but will be responsible for all hotel and travel costs.

Please note: Only applicants who have been notified of acceptance to attend the onsite training will have hotel reservations made.

Students will be responsible for any incidental charges made to the room (i.e., room service, movies) and will need to pay those charges upon checking out of the hotel.

The sleeping room rate for the training is $86 per night plus tax, with a $20 per person charge for each additional guest.
